Shipping & Returns

 
We ship worldwide and primarily use Australia Post for our shipping your orders.  Overseas orders are generally sent via Australia Post Air Mail however we also use our network of couriers (DHL/UPS/FedEx/AAE) for larger/urgent shipments.

We can either ship via our account or your courier account via your preferred carrier.  Please contact us if you are placing a larger order and want to ship it using your own carrier.

We ensure all orders are packaged properly to ensure safe transit and always try to use recyclable materials to minimise our impact on the environment.

Please keep in mind that the shipping cost includes packing materials, handling and the postage fee itself.  Please contact us if you require insurance, we are not responsible for lost packages if no insurance is requested.

Most orders are shipped the same or next day after payment and arrive within 3-4 business days of payment.  Express Post orders will arrive the next business day if you are within the Australia Post Express Post delivery network.

All errors and omissions excepted.  We reserve the right to not fulfil orders if there is an error in the list price/details of the item.

Returns - DOA/Incorrect Items

We endeavour to inspect all products before they leave us as we pride ourselves on having great quality service, however the occasional product does slip through.  If you receive a product or order that is incorrect or DOA (within 3 days of receiving the item), we will gladly replace it at NO charge to you (including return shipping charges). 

If we have shipped you the wrong product, we will arrange (at our expense) to pick up the old product and re deliver the correct item, however the returned item must be in saleable condition with all seals/stickers intact and we must be notified within 5 working days of delivery.  

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may be subject to additional restocking fees up to 50% of the item’s price or we may return of the merchandise back to you. We do not accept COD parcels or parcels with 'more to pay.' 

 

If a product slips through our stringent checks and is received in a non merchantable condition we will instigate an investigation as to whether the item has been damaged in trainsit or slipped through our stringent checks.  In the case that we have shipped a damaged product (DOA only) we will refund the amount paid to your original payment method or replace the product.

We do not refund for change of mind.  All products have warranties in accordance with ACL (Australian Consumer Law).

 


Changing or Cancelling Your Order 

We pride ourselves on our efficiency and thus try to ship your product out as soon as possible.  Thus, unfortunately, orders can not be cancelled once placed.
